The secret recipe of the formula of Fine Lavender floral water is the treasure of Sarraud Farm. Like essential oil, which is distilled, it needs a still to take shape. The Cheyrias family favours the use of healthy ingredients, produced locally in a quality and sustainable development approach. Lavender floral water is another treasure of Sarraud Farm. This is rainwater that is used to extract the essential oil. The drum, called in French an essencier, is used to skim the essential oil off its top, and the floral water from the bottom – oil being lighter than water. No toxic product, colouring agent or preservative is included in the composition of this water, which extracts a maximum of exceptional properties from Fine Lavender.
