An artisanal craftsmanship for many generations

On the 150 hectares of the farm, harvest takes place in summer. Fine lavender seeds are picked by hand to avoid damaging the plant, which will live for about 12 years. Agriculture at Sarraud Farm remains sustainable, the use of phytosanitary products is reduced to a minimum.

The first stage of the transformation of lavender into body skincare products is rainwater steam distillation in the large still on the estate. Transformed into a top-quality essential oil, this hydrolate then goes into the bathroom for a real treat of well-being.
