Our Lavandin Super is grown at an altitude of 1000m on our Sarraud farm in Sault en Provence. We distil in a traditional way with rainwater.
Scents: characteristic of flowering lavender, slightly camphorated, quite subtle, the lightest of the lavandins
This essential oil is versatile and is characterised by its less spicy and camphorated scent than Grosso lavender.
Packaged in an amber-coloured glass bottle for ideal storage.

Lavandin is clonal. it is a cross between several lavenders. Its fragrance is sharper and fresher than lavender. tonic and persistent.
Lavandin is a variety of lavender that contains camphor, resulting from spontaneous hybridization between two botanical, and therefore natural, species of lavender.
Like all hybrid plants, lavandin cannot reproduce naturally, it is necessary to take cuttings.
Lavandin Super owes its name to its bright and resistant pale blue colour.
It is the largest of the lavandin plants, its flowers are pale blue in colour and very fragrant.
Lavandin Super is often used as a substitute because it is more accessible than the closely related lavender.
Shelf life once opened : 18 months.
Precautions for use :
Causes severe eye irritation. Can cause skin allergy. May be fatal if indigested and enters the respiratory tract. Harmful to aquatic organisms, causes long-term adverse effects.
In case of skin irritation: consult a doctor. Do not induce vomiting. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easily removable. Continue rinsing.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under six years old.
